This is an update to the previous patch that I posted.
 
Since the tmda-cgi package builds a binary package, it it now architecture dependent.
 
To build the rpm, use "rpm -bb --target noarch,i386 tmda.spec" for example for a i386 architecture.  Substitute your architecture if you have something different.
 
Caveats:
1) ofmipd package assumes pop3 authentication available in the config file (authenticate against pop3://localhost)
2) cgi package assume apache 2 for automatic configuration.  Should work with apache 1 but will require some hand configuration
