Smiley noted. Still, the aesthetics impact the functionality. In a
hurry I'm much more likely to forget to append "-inbox", and then the
purpose of trying to send myself a reminder is lost. Yes, I could use
mail aliases. The problem is that I read email from many systems which
don't easily sync their aliases. TMDA is the common thread, so setting
the configuration there sets it for every other system.

In any case, if I had my 'druthers, I'd use TMDA's crypt_key as the
mechanism for sending email to myself. If I can prove that I had access
to my crypt_key, then it's ok that the email comes from my address.

When I think about how it would look the best I can come up with is an
outgoing filter that looks like this:

        to [EMAIL PROTECTED] tag
                to dated=1h
                from bare
                sender dated=10d

I can't imagine *any* other reason for tagging a "To:" address except for
sending email to myself. This seems like pretty limited functionality
to justify much effort.

Cheers,
- Mark
