Mac OSX Server tmda-ofmipd startup resource bundle

Is anyone interested in a startup resource bundle (equivalent to an init script) for tmda-ofmipd under Mac OSX Server?   Jason -  would you be interested in putting this in the contrib directory, or is it too obscure?
