Yes, you're right.  It was more of an issue because of the following:

1. I didn't have a high speed connection for quite some time.
2. I used fastmail for a while, since this seemed like one of the few
   places which actually supported subaddressing. (and was free!)
3. I replaced my server machine.
4. I'm using IMAP as my mailstore (with Cyrus), and using LMTP for
   delivery. (i.e. not super handy for inserting tmda into the mix)
5. I have a pretty severe shortage of free time.

I committed the patch, including the changelog entry for you.  If you
have another update, I think you should just get cvs access.
