Note: I hate spam as much or more than anybody and think that spammers are
lowlifes that need to be flushed down the toilet... that being said, your
system (and others like it with challenge/response) makes life more difficult
for more people than just the spammers. Why? Even though your FAQ states
(erroneously) that most spam is unrepliable, this is simply not the case.
Most spam that I am receiving nowadays has a real email address in the
"reply-to" or "from" fields... the problem is that the email address is NOT
that of the spammer, rather that of an innocent third-party or worse yet,
someone who came to the attention of the spammer by complaining about his
spam in the first place.

Thus, you have the situation of the spammer spewing out his garbage of 100,000
emails, each with the "joe-jobbed" email address, and then that person
getting back 100,000 replies (in your perfect world where everybody runs
challenge/response). Bogus.

Also, re: FAQ,number 1.13: it is quite possible that the spammer might find a
way to confirm the message, but it would not be for the spammer, rather the
innocent bystander, again. Then, you say to report it to spamcop.
Unfortunately, Spamcop ignores all email addresses in any spam, preferring to
target just the network ISP that the spam was sent from and any URLs that are
referenced in the spam for the very reasons I gave above, that any email
addresses might be either bogus or innocent third parties. The days of
blocking via email addresses are over except if you don't wish to get email
from someone that is using a real email address.

Just some thoughts.
