Some testing feedback--
If it's easy to do, maybe you could improve the debugging output when
the user invokes '--ssl' or '--tls' but doesn't use --ssl-cert and
--ssl-key. The current message might not be clear to everyone:
halfdane:~/svn/tmda/trunk jasonrm$ bin/tmda-ofmipd -f -d -p localhost:8025 --ssl

fhc = file(opts.ssl_cert, 'r')
TypeError: coercing to Unicode: need string or buffer, NoneType found
