Hi, Most of the time I walk fairly well with a cane, but there are times whenever I have to resort back to my walker.  Weather changes seem to get me, other minor health problems not related to TM---all seem to make my symptoms just a little worse. If your Father's symptoms worsen to the point of additional numbness, or numbness in a new area of the body, however, please get him to the hospital quickly.  It's better to be safe than sorry.   Grace
