Oh Deb that is wonderful! Yes, I am sure that it was frightening, but
you did it!!!!! I just knew that it would be a perfect day for you.
Okaye, so give me the skinny. How did the bride and groom look?
Were they nervous? Did you tear up? Mum's of the bride or groom are
always entitled to a good cry, but only happy tears of course.
Deb, that damned gas is more than embarrassing. What I am wondering
about it is this: Could it be that not only our pelvic and rectal muscles
are not receiving proper nerve signals, but that our intestines have slowed down
as a result of the illness as well? I've never had such gas as I
experience now. I mentioned this to my PCP and she was not sure.
Deb, I might be doing something as simple as just changing positions and all at
once BARROOOMPH! with absolutly no warning, no feeling of the urge to pass gas
or to go to the bathroom. At first the kids were horrified, but now,
since I laugh about it, they laugh right along with me. What else can we
do? LOL!
Oh Deb, as horrible as our diseases are, we've got to retain the ability to
laugh. It's much more preferable than crying. :-)
Hugs,
Grace.....You stood!!!!!!!!
