I have not posted in a long time because I really had nothing to say. Now I do! I saw Dr. Kerr around 6 weeks ago. He prescribed Lyrica at that time. It took a few weeks to build up to my prescribed dosage. At first I had some poor side effects such as cramping and constipation. I contacted Dr. Kerr and he said to give it a little time as my body was probably adjusting to the new med. He was right! I have now been on Lyrica for about 6 weeks and I can say now that the drug has truly helped. I have had TM for over 8 years and this is the first drug to help the pins and needles, numbness and banding. I am really excited about how this drug has helped me and I hope other TM'rs will speak to their neuro's and see if it may benefit them as well.
