Funny that the subject of hot/cold comes up now. I've been having a flare this past week and the cold is driving me crazy. The worst for me is in my back - I call it my patch. It feels like someone is holding a bag of ice between my shoulder blades and I'm so cold, I shake. Like some of you, it wakes me up several times during the night .....and I have to cath. Very thankful for the Remeron that helps me get back to sleep. Crazy TM. Diane in Canada (who's even colder than outside)
