Had the same problem. Then it went too fast but most of the times too slow. I ended in hospital for a few days. From there on I used lactulose dayly to keep it soft, and had bowl every day. When I did not manage to push it out, me was recomment, try to cauf it out. That works for me. Every day I see to get it out in time and accident hardly happened after that time.
