Also, if you don't want to write on paper and would rather write online, there are so many places you can go for free! Livejournal.com, even Oprah has an online journal you can write to and share or keep private. And true it is too easy to wallow in self pity,,,we can get caught up in that because we live in a victim mentality world...we need to be comfy in our own skin and realize we have alot to offer in this world and everything we are going thru is for a reason..a lesson to be learned...we just need to heed it and make the best of it as we can!
