Bernie:  I don't know how this is OT?  Or maybe just off the current
thread.  I try to get a massage each week.  It is great for all the
reasons you pointed out.  In the last rare immunological disorders
conference, the doctors said in research that massage therapy was
equal to acupuncture for relaxation.  I agree.
