There are days I feel stiffer and more wobbly than others, and I do not take anything for the burning, I just usually add a cooling gel and it subsides when the gabapentin kicks in...I also do not do anything for the little foot spasms I have for mine are pretty tolerable.I also do my *rehab your body at home* dvd exercises and they help a ton..and I notice a huge difference when I don't do them. I have none in my head tho...but then again, we are all different even tho we are all in the same boat....always make sure your neuro knows everything....
*hugs to you*

Although I feel I'm VERY fortunate to be able to walk unassisted, I feel like I have "little flare-ups" from time to time with my left leg and right foot going numb and even feeling like a raw/burning feeling.  Is that normal?
I also feel like a tingly feeling in my head sometimes?
I don't know if it's just driving me crazy and I need an ativan or is it just the TM reminding me that it's there lurking and ready to come back or even turn into MS.
This has been for about a week or two now.
I was diagnosed in Dec. 2005 and have made great strides since then thank God.
