to try to balance doing what you can physically with resting and not overdoing
(hard to do). It does take time. I don't know if there are any basic PT
exercises online -- I can try to find mine. My physical therapist was great --
I'd tell her what I was having problems with and she'd tell me which muscles
needed work.
