Jude, I think that yes you MUST have a mammogram (and after 40 you're suppose to get them every year). They are not something you'd want to do everyday but are very important whether you have a family history or not. They tell you not to have caffine before having one and trust me...do not have any. So my vote is yes, make the call. Ella
