After three or four trips to the emergency room thinking I was having a heart
attack and that I couldn't breathe that the Drs. finally figured out that I was
having a panic attack. They are a b--ch in and of themselves. I think that they
may be something I'll have to deal with forever. I really hadn't found out that
much about panic attacks, and would love for someone who knows about them to
clue me in a little bit more about. I was given Zoloft. Does this help because
I haven't taken any of them yet. As far as going crazy, Jude, I'm under the
impression that as bright as you sound you a just more like I am, I'm just
scared. Andd I think that is what triggers my panic attacks. I know that this
was about Jude but it seemed a relaventant time to reach out for some help. Rick
