Hi Kevin, I just started taking it a little over two weeks ago because the Lexapro stopped working for me. Right now I only take 60 mgs a day but am expecting to be titred up at my next appointment on Monday. I take it along with Seroquel for my panic and anxiety, so I'm not sure how much of the effect is fronm the Cymbalta, and how much is due to a combination of the two, but I have noticed some relief during the past few days. Several of my friends who have spinal cord problems have been taking it for some time and swear by it, so I'm cautiously optimistic here.
