I have been taking 60mg Cymbalta daily for a year. I don't recall any side effects when I started taking it. I've been taking an anti depressant since my TM diagnosis Nov 2003, but switched to Cymbalta to see if it would give me neuropathic pain relief. It helps some, but didn't give me total relief. 30mg as well as 60mg is a low dose compared to what some on this site have said they take.
