Hello Grace,

It is so good to have you back with us again. I've missed you.
Please let that silly head think more for you.
I did the same silly thing a couple of weeks ago only mine involved vacuuming
and stepping over the vacuum hose with a plant in my hand not remembering to
lift my weaker leg high enough. Down I went, thumped on my backside, whacked
my skull on the very sharp corner of an end table. Had a goose egg and sore
skull for about 10 days. Ouch. Glad I didn't require stitches for that one.
Just another case of the head not telling the feet it can't do that without a
lot more care and attention.
Hope you are re-cuperating quickly and are able to participate again here on
line.
Again, good to have you back.

Guys, when am I going to learn that my feet and legs don't always do what I
want, or expect them to do? Got very brave this morning and decided to use a
step stool (What was I thinking?) in order to change a light bulb from my
ceiling fixture. Well, after a bit of a struggle, I got up there all right,
but then my legs just completely gave out and I fell. My left elbow took the
brunt of it, receiving a cut to the bone and requiring a visit to the local
emergency room where I received six stitches. I should have known better, and
for the life of me cannot figure out where my head was at. Getting up onto
that stool was just plain STUPID! Well, I'm gonna go lie down for awhile. My
entire arm is throbbing.

  Grace .
