I figured so. Although since I am paralyzed from right below my chest down, those are good for me. I just spent about 3 months in the hospital getting rods in my back because my spinal column got infected from osteomyelitis. Who knows how it happened but anyhow, that's a workout for me especially since it's a work out just to get my shoulders up.

However, that's only the 'Warm-Up' section. There's over 70 exercises, in all: Stretches, Motion Potion, Calisthenics, Isometrics, Stomach, Tush, and Cool-Down are the additional sections. Sally
