I believe stress was a major factor in my TM. I had just returned from Florida trying to convince my elderly parents that they had to move to an assisted living community. They truly could no longer take care of themselves. I spent a week cleaning their house! I was absolutely exhausted. They absolutely refused to leave Florida "over my dead body" was the answer! I flew home on Sunday, went to work Monday and two days later woke up in the middle of the night with a backache.... I knew something was wrong..... by the time I got to the emergency room I was paralyzed from the waist down! That was Feb. 7, 2002. I have come a long way with the incredible help of 4 children and an awesome husband. I try to meditate and do breathing exercises every day along with the physical exercises. I've got to learn to let go of those things I have no control over! Not easy.... but I'm better today. Trudy
Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its troubles; It empties today of its strengths. _________________________________________________________________ How well do you know your celebrity gossip? http://originals.msn.com/thebigdebate?ocid=T002MSN03N0707A
