Hi Akua, I have to agree with you. I read what you write all the time and you are very hopeful. I am also. I know that you have to find what works for you. I have done that also. The only RX I take is Ambien CR. I have had sleep problems most of my life. But once TM hit in 2000 things got some much worse. I used to take 4 drugs to get to sleep. So I am very happy that I am down to one thing. The supplements I take and my life style have made a hugh difference for me. Stay positive and keep up the good work and that BP will go down. Jenna

I am getting mixed messages. Are you filled with hope or dispare? Hope, Jude. Hope is my middle name. As I wrote there is something that can be done. What was mixed about my message? Though I know that my solutions are not others, the help and suggestions I got here and at Disaboom helped me enormously. LDN alleviated my pain and cut my meds down to 2.5 : LDN, oxybutnin and an aspirin (for blood thinning). I went to the doctor yesterday and found out that my blood pressure is high. She wanted me to take a pill but is giving me two months to get it down. She said to cut out salt--- but stopped there, as my diet is free of all the usual suspects. What I lack though is exercise. And the recent loss of my father and problems with the ramps and transportation probably contributes. Since coming home--- too long a story, but I couldn't get out or even away and so lacked my usual wheeling around. I hope to change the BP through meditation and a friend is bringing over some free weights. I'm a creator, I still create and am once again close to my tools and materials. Now, to walk again. That all be well that all be well That all be well, Akua -- ____________________________________________________________________________________ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
