Before TM came into my life I was into numerous sports that I played every week. Many if not most of my "good" friends were my fellow athletes. When TM hit me it is true that some did make a visit or two...but after 6 months I started losing touch with almost all of them. My "true" friends are still my true friends...yes this is a much smaller group...but at least they are real! I complain sometimes about my wife but for the most part she has always been there for me. When I read Gunny's story it broke my heart....I can live without my so called friends....but to lose touch with my children and or grandchildren would be catastrophic! I hope things turn out ok for Gunny ...at least I pray they do.
