I only started a week ago to exercise before rolling out of bed in the
morning, and yes, it does make a difference. I have a good leg and a
wimpy leg. In those few days I note that the wimpy leg can now do
more straight leg lifts and knee "lifts" than when I started.
I have no way to get weighed, so I have faith that burning calories
will have an effect on the fat. I am sweating when I finish.

Would someone please give me an incentive to exercise every day.
Does it really make a difference?
