Gilly, I love your way of explaining what we all have experiencing.....reading you makes it sound like we've had fun trying to find what works for us and really, that's the way we should look at it......I could just see that mother centipede putting shoes on each foot, then having to change to another shoe!! Laughter is the Best Medicine!!
Thanks for being you!! Hugs, jan --- On Wed, 4/15/09, Gillian Clark <[email protected]> wrote: G'day Barb and everyone, Over the last nearly 8 years, I've been like you. I've purchased more pairs of shoes than a mother of growing centipedes could possibly need, more clothes that just hurt too much (yep, certainly jeans). I've found with the sheets that as long as they are warm, as long as they have no wrinkles and as long as I don't move, I don't have too much pain or too many spasms :)). Another thing is that sleeping on my own is an absolute essential now for me. A strange little thing I've found lately that helps is having a pillow over my feet. I have no idea why. Of course Barb, I reckon the brownies help a lot with the sleeping. I've found that I have to have mule type shoes, socks worn inside out, no dresses, no stockings, no jeans. T-shirt material or jersey is the easiest to wear. Wouldn't you just like Trinny and Susannah try and make us look like a million dollars with our restrictions? gentle hugs to all Gilly
