Hi Barbara, I totally agree with you. Knowing Cindy, she has a heart of gold and she goes out of her way to help others out of bad situations. She did apologize for her error, and all we can do is accept her apology and move on. All information that Cindy provides is information that she herself gained through searching for answers for her own situations and she is only trying to share with others who may need that same type of help.
