my brother, for instance....... shhhhhhhhhh.;>).... and two of my brothers-in

As for your pain....... sitting still may not be the best option, or even lying
down for too long...... can you do bending and stretching exercises......???
Nothing forcefull, but of course.
Before I even climb out of bed, I'll do a series of 'soft' stretches just to
get my joints warm and muscles relaxed. It helps.
How high do you keep your thermostat......??? And how many layers are you
wearing, yes, even at home.......????? Methinx the cold weather is just
making your symptoms worse (wow, what a discovery ;>);>);>).....!!!!!
My wife, she's the gimp here, has had MS since 1999, and the weather affects
her as well. It can't be too hot nor too cold inside this here house. Good
thing we totally upgraded our HVAC three years ago. Makes a big difference.

this weather has taken a toll on me. im ready to just be frozen into a
block of ice and forgotten....the pain is over riding all my meds,maxed out on
baclofin,maxed out on neurontin, dr getting on my case over the no good
narcotics,,nerve pills not worth a hoot...
but the elders in this list,,which may not be older,just tmr's longer
than me know this and they are still here so i must go on.
