Hi Akua and Bernie,
I have that book but it is packed away because Dave is going to paint my bedroom. It may take a while because I am not even gotten my bed put out in the living room yet, But, when I get my box of books back, I have many boxes; I will send it to you. You can also call a bookstore and explain what the book is about and if they are knowageable, they will know what you are speaking about. I have done that in the past and it has worked out beautifly. Let me know if you try that and what kind of luck you have. Otherwise, wait a while and I will get it for you.
Love to you both,
Jude

Subject: Re: [TMIC] OT - need help in remembering book title
Sounds sort of like don Juan/ Carlos Castenada
This book was written in the 70's I think. It is about a traveler who meets an old man at an old run down gas station, who shows the traveler that 'reality' is not real. They fly in a plane with no gas, fly through 'solid' objects, sink into the 'hard' ground like it is water...... then the old man sends the traveler on his way to look at life differently, and as the traveler walks away, he turns around and to find that nothing is there, the gas station and old man are gone. Anybody have any ideas; I've wracked my poor brain for weeks trying to remember the title or the authors name; and I'm lost and confused.... lol. Thanks!
Peace,
Bernie in Texas
