Here the weather changes 30C in a 24 hour period. Wake up to -30, go to bed to -3, or vice versa. Now that raises hell, and that is the kind of winter it has been. I have seen far too many early mornings waiting for the pain to ease, since it doesn't stop. If it would stay -20 I'd be kind of ok, but to switch like that so often this winter has left me in tears more often than I can shake a stick at!
