Actually, I believe Rock-Steady is a term used to perceive something as being solid and immobile, plus I've heard the word Bebop used as a form of dancing.
Well, bebop is actually a form of jazz music. (Charlie Parker, early Miles Davis...)

And I've also heard Rocksteady as something being which is steady and reliable... in fact, the computer in my office is named Rocksteady-- named not only because it's rather reliable and solid, but also because it's kinda slow and screws up once in a while. ;)
