On alternate-screen entry, tmux now:
- Cancels any stale 250 ms resize throttle.
- Recalculates pane width.
- Immediately sends the new PTY size.
- Clears the queued resize before scheduling redraw.
This preserves the reclaimed scrollbar column and avoids broader resize
behavior changes.
