Improve text image fallbacks
Render images with shaded Unicode cells on 8-colour terminals and colour half
blocks on 16-, 256- and RGB-colour terminals. Add opt-in quadrant and sextant
terminal features for clients whose fonts support them, while retaining plain
ASCII for non-UTF-8 terminals.
