Hello,

I'm new to tmux, and am enjoying using it with urxvt (extensible
with perl, ftw). However, I don't always bother with X11. I do a
lot over ssh connections, and use text-based apps a lot. The
console is just fine for me in many cases. Unfortunately tmux just
hangs there when I start it on the console.

I don't get any output from tmux. I don't see any errors when I
run it in strace. It just stops with epoll_wait(3
Without a trace, it outputs 1 or 2 newlines, but nothing else.

Then I get to another VT or X and run kill-session, to which it
responds, and shuts down without complaint.

tmux ls reports that the session was created and is attached.

I use qingy as my login and zsh as my shell. I don't see anything
suspicious in the env.

Soo... where /should/ I be looking? Any pointers to docs I should
read?

Best regards,

Wade Curry
