Hi All,
Here is a report from one of the users on a two issues he has found.
"We do have a couple of issues.
1) Under Linux, the copy and past works fine.
Under Windows, copy and past doesn't work. Under Windows, if you
highlight the area and manually use alt-c, and alt-v that works."
I assume this is the same issue talked about a few posts ago?
Yes and not sure I can fix this for the 1.5. It will have to wait.
"2) Under Linux, if you are using DFU (Data File Utility) to update a
numeric field in a file, there is a problem with "-" negative numbers.
If you have a 5 digit numeric field and you key in all 5 digits together
with the field negative, the cursor does not advance. However, if you
key in the number 11- the cursor advances to the next field. If you key
in 111-, the cursor will advance to the next field. If you key in 1111-,
the cursor will advance to the next field. However if you key in 11111-,
the cursor will not advance to the next field."
Keep in mind that the Windows users are using JDK 1.5.0 and the Linux
users on on Sun jdk 1.4.2.
This one should not have anything to do with 1.5 or 1.4.
Let's try my updated binary and I fixed some of these problems. It
should be the same as a field exit problem.
Regards
Kenneth
Thanks in advance.
