Thank you, glad you liked it. Indeed it is written with newbies like 
myself in mind. I have added author and license and updated the link

The build system is very flexible, considering that Code::Blocks is made 
for C/C++ and Fortran mainly. Jenkins (and Hudson) is more Java-style if 
I am not mistaken. I think Code::Blocks is good for Tntnet.

Although I have not done it, I know it is not difficult at all. The 
Wizards can be written as Squirrel scripts. So it is clearly possible to 
write dedicated Tntnet wizards for Code::Blocks. Maybe you can give it a 
try?
