If you get a "Not Found" it may be that your mapping is wrong or tntnet just can't load the application. You should look at the logs. Maybe enable debugging output to test it.
If you don't get a connection from outside it really sounds like a firewall problem. Check your firewall settings. iptables(8) is your friend.
