I use qmail with vpopmail with the following patches: - DNS - maildirquota
You must patch qmail with the patches you want ( be careful, bill says that all patches are very difficult to use, prefer use toaster patch if you use smtp-auth etc ..) For my personal use, I don't use the toaster however.
