[toaster] COnfiguring Qmail to do pop before smtp

I would like to know how do I configure the toaster or qmail to do pop before smtp.  Because my server is flodding the network its connecting to with tons of e-mails going out that are not from my server… it looks as if someone is sending spam through it.  Please help.   Gilberto J. Palau
