So aside form new versions of patches, the main change is to SpamThrottle from Tarpit. You should take the time to learn about SpamThrottle, as there are more configuration steps. But it offers much greater protection than Tarpit (which is easily circumvented). See http://spamthrottle.qmail.ca/ for more details.
I hope to post an SPF patch that will apply on top of this one + chkuser tomorrow. But don't hold me to that date.. ;)

please can you explain me or us what is the deal with checking addrallowed() twice ? First one is just before
realrcpt_check() and second on is located in realrcpt_check() function.
