Hi, I have an updated version of the Toaster Manual at http://www.yoctoproject.org/docs/1.8/toaster-manual/toaster-manual.html. This version has all comments in to date. It needs to be looked over again... especially the section that shows steps (Chapter 4). I am still working on embedding the videos. That should happen later today.
