Hello Prasanthi garu and everybody else, Just now I called up their neighbour's number and talked to the kid's father.
He told me that they applied for the white ration card and it might be issued in a week's time. He said that once it is issued, they will goto Care, then only they will know what exact amount it is going to cost. I think we will wait till then and based on that we can take it up further.
