Letus don't delay because it was told by Ramakrishna and Jyothi as "that child Needs to get operated at the earliest(condition is serious)" Meeting that family in person, 1. We can know their financial position 2. We can enquire about the status of white ration card 3. We should not wait upto issuing White ration card and letus get that family certified as poor by Eminant people or Political persons or NGOs of that locality.I will try to use my contacts in this regard.
