Nice gng thru ur mail Prasanthi. U definitely seem to have had fun with the
meetings. Good to note.
Anything on wheels with a hood is a car - for Kids :) Whether its 5 or 50 or
500 rupees...really doesnt matter to them...thats the best part. Car is a
car...and the less complicated it is...the better. Hmm...the best place to
buy is a toystand ofcourse. I am sure Krishna will find one.
Those were the exact thoughts in my mind when I said perhaps it aint really
necessary to go see the girl and meet her family now. Pulling time and
stressing out going all the way...for duty sake and no real enthusiasm or
interest within....is not actually needed right now. Many will have the
wish to see how she is doing and meet her...once she is in CARE. And coming
to Krishna...hey...isnt it what we all are doing here ..mailing??? Encourage
and support him ofcourse right???? Atleast that is why I am mailing my
loooong mails so regularly.
Also..Krishna...pls remember to keep track and note down each n every penny
u spend on this case...since u r doing it as part of this group. Unless u
choose otherwise on any particular expense as such....as much as u
can...hold the reciepts and note down the amounts as in auto fares etc. If u
need some money against preliminary expenses.....please ask Prasanthi. We
will be more than happy to forward you a rounded four digit amount writing
it off as cash advance. You might as well use the groups' cash rightaway and
give us the account a little later. I understand that it is not always easy
to have cash surplus at the end of the month.
Any kind of help/suggestions/questions....shoot a mail to the group Krishna.
We are right here to assist you.

No. Divya. No one will ask you to stop. We need and we are interested to
share those thoughts.
Yes. Me too feel the same. As he mentioned car I thought of ok, buy, go and
give it. But I do not know reg. toys (don't shout at me. All of us might
not know but still). Going to shop for it and then going all the way to
Vanasthalipuram tomorrow, I rather do it as a duty but not with full
interest. Yes. Better we can meet her once she is admitted to hospital. But
I just thought I and any others who are interested can provide some support
to Krishna garu who is doing all the work himself.
Today I had a good and satisfactory day so far. I met Sam garu in the
morning, then I went to Toastmasters meeting and then again came back to TP
to talk with Sam garu and returned few min back. Logged in again.
I am one of the speakers in Prepared Speech Category in Toastmasters
meeting. Though I am technically disqualified, I got listener's vote. I
spoke about MAD only and how it changed my life.
I also have fruitful discussion with Sam garu reg. the activities of
TeluguPeople Foundation and also I suggested two organizations to him. He
said he will meet them both when he returns to Hyderabad after two weeks.
One organization is Ashray-Akruti and the other one is a school in
Malkajgiri. So if he feels the schools and the organizers, administrators
there as genuine (he is more experienced and down to earth person and he
can smell people :) you can know more about him through vonumu.com. People
in US you might probably meet him one day.)
He also told me of Kinnera Foundation which is interested to help kids
below 12 yrs of age who have medical problems. The kid of the director died
at 2 yrs of age after spending lots of money on her. So they started the
foundation. If we identify any case, we have to get these details to
forward the case to their attention:
1. General Details --- Name, Age etc.,
2. Health Details --- When the kid is diagnosed, what is the treatment
given so far, what is the exact problem (in medical terminology), what are
the reports, what is the certificate given by doctor, the contact details
of the doctor and the hospital, and also how much is the cost and what are
the chances of survival.
If we can provide the details and if the kid is below 12 yrs of age, they
can help. But we need to try from our side for these details and also see
if govt. can refer such cases and then ask them for expenses, pre and post
operation. Money is money for anyone.
And one more important news to share: Mr. Rajasekhar gave blood to Rajiv
Jain's father todya morning. Also Kiran Nikam and Pavan Pyda visited Red
Cross to donate blood in the afternoon. Somehow KrishnaPrasad struck up on
the way as his bike gave him some trouble. If he could reach before 5 pm,
he too would have given. Not sure of his donation status.
Ratan ji called up today and told me that he will try to be present on the
Blood Donation Day, March 5th. He rang me up to know whether we are
conducting today also. (as I mailed earlier).
I gave the Cochelar Donation Receipts to Chandra garu. He will scan and
mail them to me and I will upload. He said he is also preparing the reports
for the past cases and he will complete them as soon as possible.
