Congrats for 2 things.

1. Two kids issue (which came in Eenadu) 2. Fruitful Meeting

Next, 

 We can ask that Doctor to keep that 20000 aside for Sirisha's  
Medicines after discharge. The operation will be in the first week 
of the Coming month. The Care will bear Medicines during operation.  
After discharge we have to lookafter medicines as I informed 
sometime back.
