If we have plan in hand, we can work on it. To devise a plan, we
should go there a number of times and then we need to prepare reports.

First and foremost is most of the members should support taking up
the activity. Once it is ok, we should get req. no. of volunteers
with backup people.

Also volunteers must do things as such that others can easily take
over and fill your place. All times it may not be possible. But when
it comes to teaching, we can make it possible.

Personally, as a member, I am interested to take up the activity in
Anikepalli. Again it doesn't mean that we start doing things right
from Day 1. We will go there for teaching classes. Get hold of the
people, their confidence, meanwhile observe and study. Go there with
this goal, this is what I meant.

But as one of the moderators, I wish to get the consensus on this
issue. Majority of the members should support this idea, if not all.

Thank you.

how best we could use our existing resources and acheive the best
results. As you all know in such activities , the most critical
aspect is the time. How much time can a volunteer donate on a
consistent basis. Since this is mostly done by the members who are
physically present, the onus is really on them.

partcipate in other aspects such as money, motivating volunteers,
recruiting new volunteers, identifying people or organisations who
willing to give us a helping hand .

arrive at a consensus. Last but definetly not the last , Jairam,
Srinivas, Anil and other members , who took the first giant step and
actually went to these villages.
