*Motivating Teachers* We should pay regular visits to school. Keep in touch with the teachers and let them take decisions. Let us be in the position of offering help and accepting their suggestions. When we give value to their thoughts and support their ideas (obviously they will be good enough only), they will be more responsible. (In fact, this is told to me by Sravan garu. He has very good experience in visiting govt. schools). *Motivating Children* Regular visits Providing them sports material and books Conduct competitions to them - Like Essay Writing, Elocution, Drawing etc., Acknowledge their efforts Recognize their talent *Motivating Drop-outs* Talk to children and the parents as well Try to show them some alternatives to procure the money the children earn We can say them that if they get good marks, we can sponsor their higher education and also guide them to secure jobs, train them with necessary skills Inspite of our collective efforts if they fail to get good grades, see to that they get trained in the respective trade of their interest. *Motivating Parents* Counsel them with the help of teachers Conduct a fortnightly meeting with parents (by teachers) and inform the progress of the children Show them the change in their children Encourage children to express their interest in studies Let us plan to conduct a meeting at Anikepally may be in second week of December or on our monthly meeting day itself. We also can talk to few teachers and some govt. officials reg. the drop-outs and take help from them.
