Sitaam:We are improving and doing pretty good as of now .Slowing
down at times and picking up. Ex:Website,Newsletter
Suresh:Almost all volunteers became active.Group is very energetic &
vibrant.
Challenge:channelise this energy/vols., streamline the
activities,roles/responsibilities.
Overall its pretty satisfying.
Action Item for US/Remote Team: As bangalore/Hyd groups are
working on the grass roots,Us team
should take up whatever validation can be taken up
like over phone,Contacting Eenadu-Rama krishna from
here and following up with them for initial work.

Santosh:Upto expectations
Chandra:1.Not much time spent from my side/even others from US side
2.Not really serious about conf.calls
3.A].There will be $2 or $3 fine if they don't join conf.
call/inform one day ahead.
B].One person will be conducting each
monthly call.We will come up with a schedule

2.Homeless Shelter in US:
A].Joining local groups
B].Collect clothes and contribute to local 'Salvation Army'/
Jakka:We shouldn't be concerned about that here.They are provided
lot of comforts here.Evengovt provides all basic things

3.Penny Drive Status:Going pretty good for everyone and very good
response from friends
