Suresh definetely needs help with website maintenance and also news
letter.
Coming to other points :
1.For #1 ,action intems/initiatives are mentioned in my meeting
minutes.
A]. As bangalore/Hyd groups are
working on the grass roots,Us team
should take up whatever validation can be taken up
like over phone,Contacting Eenadu-Rama krishna from
here and following up with them for initial work.
B].Each monthly conf. call will be hosted by one member.And
everyone should try to atttend conf. calls.If neither give valid
reason not attend the call, there will be $2 charge .These two are
to create seriousness for us.
Feb : Sitaram&Devi
March: Santhosh
April: Suresh
May : May
We will decide owners of other monthly calls in future calls.
C].Everyone of us are working on Penny Drive seriously.
2. A].Whoever are interested will identify some local organisation
[s] working with local homeless shlters and join them.
B].Other suggestion that came up is,we all will collect
clothes/blankets from friends and will decide some time and donate
to 'Salvation Army' or 'Good Will' .
5. Suresh already came up with first newsletter and its pretty
good.Everyone liked that.Going forward one from each chapter have to
collect data and keet it one place so that it will be helpful for
Suresh to compose news letter rather than himself going through all
the mails.and also the respective owners of cases taken up has to
create a brief report at the end of the case.
