I told him that we can help on behalf of our group for his education. He replied that he earns some 1200 rs. as volunteer and so he wanted me to contribute to completely helpless people. When I insisted and asked him not to hesitate, he told that as he cannot speak in English, he wanted to take Spoken English course. Then I gave the phone number of Arun and to his number to Arun. I do not know the standard of VETA Institute. But I feel for a person like him that would be better. He will be carried away with the posh language right from the day one, if we join him in any high-level institute. I too prefer the long duration course.
